Basic Design Services Package
So you just need the basics? I've got you covered.
If I haven't already put together your Customized Concept Design, I'll start with that. If I have, then I'll pick it up from there and get you moving in the right direction. This design package is great for businesses that don't prefer a lot of hand-holding but see the value in having the experts put together your documents for construction.
What you get
If you have worked with me on the Customized Concept Design option of services, $1,500.00 of the fee from that service will be credited to this Option 2 Basic Design Services package.
Once your concept design is finalized I will present all final interior finish selections for approval by your team.
Construction-Ready documents to include:
Floor and Wall Finish Plans
Interior Elevations where necessary
Interior Details where necessary
Custom Millwork Design
Project Checklist to assist you in your next steps
If you decide at a later date that you need Furniture Procurement services,
Signage or Artwork Procurement services, these can be priced separately. A separate price can also be provided to you for contract administration services should the need arise.
