Full Service Design Package
This is the whole deal! You will have full access to me throughout your entire project. And as your design advocate, we will work together from concept design until the very last piece of furniture is installed. Putting together a new building requires a great deal of time and expertise. I can give you both.
Let me be the person who walks you through the confusing moments of the design process as well as the fun stuff. Working with your architect and contractors to get you the most beautiful design while maintaining your budget is what I do. My job is to make yours easier so you can run your business without the added stress of managing your own design project.
What you get
Programming consultation to discuss the entire project in detail and how you want your new space to look, feel and function. This is where we talk about all your ideas and hopes for your project and define your vision.
Virtual presentation of 3 design concepts based on your vision for the space to decide which one is the direction you want to move forward with.
In-person presentation of detailed finishes and concept. This often includes renderings, plan layouts, lighting, and specific design details.
Construction documents with all finishes and interior details fully coordinated with architectural drawings where necessary. This includes floor and wall finish plans, interior elevations, interior details, and custom millwork design.
Furniture layout meeting to discuss any existing inventory and all new pieces. We will also cover design style preferences as well. This is also when we discuss how you wish to proceed with procurement; bid process or state contract.
Virtual or in-person presentation of proposed furniture pieces for every needed piece. We typically show you 3 of each piece to select from. We also review a broad range of fabrics and finishes to get a feel for what direction you want to move in for your furniture finishes.
In-person presentation of final furniture selections and finishes.
Get final pricing from preferred furniture vendor if you're working with state contract or prepare documents for the bid process to begin. If bid process is preferred, we will oversee all furniture bid documents, field bidder questions and answers and approve or deny any alternates. Final bids go to you for final selection. We will award the bid to your bidder of choice and oversee scheduling as well as any changes made through the alternates.
Once furniture is delivered I will oversee the installation and field any obstacles and questions that may come up.
Meeting to discuss signage plans with locations for your team to review and correct. We provide a spreadsheet with numbers and wording for you to review as well. Sign styles will also be presented for your selection. As with the furniture, we can purchase from a single vendor or send them out for bid. This is a very similar process to the furniture procurement and we will handle all the details, questions and installation scheduling.
Meeting to discuss artwork plans with locations for your team to review and finalize as well as your artwork style preferences. I work closely with our artwork vendor to have them put together several pieces for each location for you to review and approve. Once all selections have been made, I oversee installation schedule as well as final installation.
Once the project is complete, I will stay in touch with you and your team to discuss how the new space is functioning. We also set up a time to put together professional photographs of your finished product.
